December 20th

dec. 20th is the last day before Christmas holidays. For teams 1 and 2 it will be a parents against the kids fun game. So find your skates and helmets and dust them off and come play for fun!
For team 3 it will be a regular practice.
STORM DAYS - please keep an eye on the blog on stormy days in case we need to quickly cancel. We will try to get the cancellations announced in the schools as well-MacGregor Elem. and High School, austin Christian Academy, Westpark School and PCI. any others? There are just too many people to contact by phone, but each coach will be notified.

Team #3 - Game in Gretna

Team #3 has an offer to play a double-header in Gretna for Saturday, Dec. 18. The time is to be determined yet. Let me know if this day works for you.

Cancellations!!!

Hockey for tonight (Nov. 29) is cancelled for all age groups due to poor weather.

Rec Hockey begins tonight!

Please refer to the last posts for times and groups.
Please remember to bring a mouth guard. We will also be trying to fit everyone for a jersey today so that when games do begin the coaches will have them. Thankyou.

First day of Rec Hockey

November 1st will be our starting day- Team 1(Grades 2-5) 3:45-4:45

If you are registering on this date, please be sure you sign the parent waiver BEFORE your child goes on the ice.(payment would be great too...it can be arranged through Liz.) Liz Wall, Christine Murray and Charlene Sawatzky will be there with forms and we will attempt to answer any questions you may have.

2010 - 2011 season registration

Registration tonight-October 12, 2010 at the MacGregor Rink. We will be there from 5-7:30pm. The cost this year will be $95 per player. See you there.

don't forget that this Monday, March 22 is the last day of hockey. We invite any parent or a family representative to come and play for fun.

there is a possibility of a game on Monday, March 15. It will be at 4:45pm (usual time) Austin will come if they have enough player interest.

Team 2 's first game on Saturday for the tournament is at 9am. There are 6 teams coming, and each team is guaranteed 2 games. After that the top four teams will play for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
Make sure if you haven't yet to bring your door prize item on Saturday-see you there!

Team #2 Tournament Volunteers - March 13

Help is needed to make this year's tournament a success. There are enough jobs for everyone. The sooner you volunteer, the more choices you will have to choose from. Some jobs are - 50/50 co-ordinator, silent auction co-ordinator, time clock co-ordinator and referee co-ordinator. Once we have co-ordinators in place, then those people will be given the authority to delegate volunteers. Volunteers need not only be parents of Team #2 players - they could be friends, grand-parents, older siblings etc.

Team #2 Ninga Tournament Update

We will play two games at the tournament (Feb. 6). The first game will be at 1:30 p.m. If we lose that game, then we will play at 3:00; however, if we win the first game, then we will play in the final at 4:30. Again, let me know if you will not be there.
*Our ice-time for Monday, Feb. 8 is changed from a 4:45 start to a 5:45 start.

Saturday, January 30-10am, 3pm and possibly 6:30pm in Plumas.

Monday , February 1 -6pm in MacGregor against Oakland.
